This global insurance company, one of the largest in the world is seeking to recruit a HR Business Partner with previous experience as a HR Consultant/Generalist, ideally in a Pan European role.
You will be required to:
? Support the HRD in defining and implementing the HR strategy and plans for Operations and IT
? Ensure the successful roll-out of HR plans and programmes developed by the CofE
? Work with the local HR Manager and Managers to identify HR needs and ensure that the HR plans are aligned to those requirements
? Help to develop the Ops and IT structure to enable successful delivery of their strategy in order that business targets are met
Reporting to the HR Director, you will need to have a deep understanding of HR core processes. They are looking for someone who has the ability to influence local teams, and to work in complex, multicultural teams. Fluency in English is a must, and other European languages will be an advantage. You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent and possess a CIPD or similar professional HR qualification.
